How online study works

All TEFL/TESOL pathways are online. Learners select the course level that matches their experience, professional goals and required study hours.

Course Support

Academic support is available Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Learners may also send questions by email or WhatsApp outside those hours, and the support team will respond as soon as possible. Each learner is assigned a tutor who can clarify course content, answer programme questions and provide guidance during study.

Certification

Certification is issued according to the TEFL/TESOL level selected. Prospective learners should check the requirements of any employer, visa route or teaching destination before relying on a TEFL certificate for a specific purpose.
